Been busy here at Budd Bike Works World Head Quarters, Sean P’s pink cross racer dubbed the Crux Slayer gets handed off in a few hours, after which I’ll be traveling south to meet the newest non bike addition to the Budd clan; excited to welcome my nephew Lochlan Buggins Budd to the world.
I’d seen some of the photos of this little guy in gestation. Amazing as the new 3-d sonograms are, I prefer this.
Gestation pictures of bicycle frames, while less miraculous, are slightly more appropriate here.

Ready For first day of school.
I’m a proud bike Papa, cool to be an uncle as well. Time to pack.
