Weekend Plans (or) Time to put on some Pants

It is that time of year again, a little chill to the air in the morning begs that you cover up some and those in the know are getting the compulsion to get their cyclo cross bikes pristine so you can dirty them up right on the CX course.

Cabling up my own whip today so I can see how I fair against young thunder thighs here.

Got to get a couple of bikes ready for the Ball as well, with the New England Builders ball going off at the Providence Biltmore to kick off a great weekend of racing and carousing in town.

If racing isn’t your speed there is an opportunity to ride for a good cause on the south shore this Sunday, participants who’ve raised over $250 to fight hunger are in the running to win a frame made to spec. by yours truly for there efforts at Three Square New England’s inaugural ride for food.

Sad to see the evening light fade earlier but this is by far my favorite time of year.
