put me in a wheel chair, and roll me to the show

Is that what joey said?  Hopefully it won’t have to be my plea sunday morning as I try to get to Lars Anderson for what I hope to be a beautiful day for the first official display by Budd Bike Works.  The list of things to do before then is pretty daunting though.  I’ve got a MTB build that I keep upping the degree of difficulty on by not compromising on my demand for fat tires, short chainstays, and crank clearance, a parts group en route to mount to #15,  a drivetrain overhaul necessary on #13, old braze ons to cook off and remount on #3, rusty scale to sand off of #21, and I’ve got to get all twelve BBW’s in the greater boston area to the top of a hill in brookline by 8:00 aM Sunday not to mention doing what needs to be done to keep the people signing my paychecks at the moving co. happy with a pretty full day of friday and Saturday work, AAAARRRG.

It looks like I’ll have test ride-able bikes at the show for folks from 5’1″ to 6’6″.  I can’t wait to get some pics of the bike with an effective 70cm seat tube next to the bike that couldn’t be made with larger than a 44cm.

Luckily my graphic design help is coming through with some print materials that promise not to be PG if I get my way and have one of my “beautiful nude woman taking a turn at speed on a bicycle” sketches in the background as requested.

How awesome is it that the Lars Anderson show is giving an oppurtunity to display in such an incredible setting for free? Hella Awesome if you ask me.
