The requirement of the Rock Bike is that it keep rolling (or) Never DNF

It takes more than fitness to finish sometimes.  Whether it is a mountain bike ride or a cyclo cross race; finesse, finagling, and a fear of failure all come into play.  The bikes I’ve always chosen to ride and that I try to offer to other folks at BBW aim for a simplicity that keeps you from being at the mercy of finicky parts parts so you can always finish your ride.

Ever since I started racing cyclo-cross on my own frames exclusively 6 years ago my record of no DNF’s has been my proudest achievement.  Thanks to cyclo cross results for compiling and motivating me to get out today and test the latest configuration of the Rock Bike.  Busting a chain, bending a disc rotor and finishing the ride on a single gear and a single brake all made the training for next season that much more valuable.

Don't adjust your screen, that is a big f'ing front wheel. The 26" rear 29" front wheel configuration makes for magically smooth handling.
